This role includes bathing and clipper work under a groomer's supervision. What the job looks like You'll bathe, brush, and dry dogs of all sizes, then help with clipper work (sanitary, pads, and other supervised clipper tasks) as you continue building your skills. You'll work closely with our groomers, keep your station clean, and stay aware of any skin or coat issues. This is still physical work — you'll be on your feet most of the day, lifting dogs up to about 50 lbs, and getting wet regularly. The pace is steady, and the dogs vary from easy to challenging. Schedule Full-time Fridays and Saturdays required Closed Sundays and Mondays Pay $17-$20 per hour based on experience & skill Tips usually add another $1.50-$3 per hour Paid training and support as you grow into more clipper work Who we're looking for Solid professional bathing experience Already learning or actively practicing clipper work at your current job Dependable, patient with dogs, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Someone who wants to keep growing toward grooming, not just stay in bathing long-term This might not be the best fit if you: Are brand new to professional bathing (see our other ad) Need weekends off regularly Prefer a slower or cleaner environment Aren't interested in learning clipper work under supervision How we hire Short interview → paid working interview (2-4 hours) so both sides can see if it's a good match.
