Dog Groomer with experience

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dog Groomer to join our pet care team. The Dog Groomer will be responsible for delivering high-quality grooming, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring the comfort and safety of every pet. Responsibilities Bathing, drying, and brushing dogs of all sizes and breeds using appropriate grooming techniques and products Trimming, clipping, and styling coats according to breed standards or customer preferences Cleaning ears, trimming nails, and expressing glands as needed Monitoring pets for signs of health issues or discomfort during grooming sessions Maintaining cleanliness of grooming tools and work area to ensure hygiene standards are met Providing excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about grooming needs and aftercare instructions Managing appointment schedules efficiently to provide timely service Ensuring the safety and well-being of pets throughout the grooming process Experience Prior experience in dog grooming or a related pet care field is preferred but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of different dog breeds and their grooming requirements is a plus Ability to handle animals gently and confidently while maintaining control during grooming procedures Strong attention to detail to deliver precise cuts and styles Good communication skills for interacting with pet owners and team members This position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated animal lovers with a keen eye for detail. $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
