Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Full-Time Pet Groomer to join our team! In this role, you will provide exceptional grooming services that keep pets looking and feeling their best. Your expertise in pet coat styling, animal handling, and customer service will help ensure every pet leaves happy and healthy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with animals and wants to make a positive impact in the lives of pets and their owners. Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, nail trimming, and ear cleaning for a variety of pets. Handle animals with care using proper restraint techniques to ensure safety for both pets and staff. Communicate effectively with pet owners about grooming needs, preferences, and aftercare instructions. Maintain cleanliness of grooming tools, stations, and work areas to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with animal handling during grooming procedures, ensuring comfort and safety at all times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and scheduling appointments efficiently. Support pet care activities such as kennel cleaning or light animal handling when needed. Skills Proven experience in pet grooming, including pet coat styling and pet nail trimming. Strong dog handling skills with the ability to manage animals of different temperaments. Knowledge of animal restraint techniques to ensure safe grooming sessions. Experience working with veterinary or veterinary technician backgrounds is a plus. Familiarity with animal care practices such as pet sitting, kennel experience, or heavy lifting of animals or supplies. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with pet owners. Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or large animals. Customer service skills that foster trust and satisfaction among clients. W2 position 50 percent commision.
