North Fort Worth Haslet Saginaw Watauga and surrounding areas Woofie's of North Fort Worth is hiring experienced part-time dog groomers to join our mobile grooming team. This role is ideal for a skilled groomer who wants flexible part-time work, strong commission-based earning potential, one-on-one appointments, and the independence of mobile grooming—without the overhead and responsibility of running a business. We are open to different scheduling arrangements, including full days, partial days, or a combination. The right fit will depend on your experience, reliability, availability, and our team's coverage needs. What We Offer Commission-based compensation determined by experience, demonstrated skill, service capabilities, and role responsibilities 100% of customer tips W-2 employment with biweekly payroll Part-time schedule based on mutually agreed, consistent availability Professionally equipped, climate-controlled mobile grooming van Appointments, routing, client communication, grooming products, fuel, and van operating expenses provided Quiet, one-on-one grooming environment without constant salon noise or congestion Established premium brand with active marketing and a growing client base Supportive local ownership committed to quality, safety, professionalism, and reliability What You'll Do Perform complete grooming and bathing services for dogs of different breeds, sizes, and coat types Consult with pet parents and confirm the requested service before beginning Safely drive and operate the mobile grooming van Follow proper animal-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Keep the van clean, organized, and ready for every appointment Take before-and-after photos and enter clear grooming notes after every service Communicate professionally with clients about coat condition, behavior, safety concerns, and recommended grooming schedules Work independently while consistently upholding Woofie's service and client-experience standards Use sound judgment and stop or modify a service when the safety of the pet or groomer requires it What We're Looking For Professional dog-grooming experience with the ability to complete full grooms independently Strong scissoring, clipper, bathing, drying, nail-care, and finishing skills Safe, patient, and compassionate animal handling Dependable attendance and punctuality Professional communication and customer-service skills Ability to perform the physical duties of grooming, including safely lifting and handling dogs Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Comfort driving and working independently in a mobile grooming van Reliable availability for a consistent, mutually agreed schedule Mobile grooming experience is helpful but not required. We will train an experienced salon groomer on the van, equipment, routing, and Woofie's operating procedures. Schedule We are building a dependable team of part-time groomers with complementary schedules. You do not need to be available every weekday, but you must be able to commit reliably to the days and hours we agree upon.How to Apply Please submit:
