This position is W2, 50% commission, keep 100% of your tips, and annual performance based bonus. We are looking for someone who can average 5-6 dogs per day. I'm Katy, the owner I have been grooming for 16 years and will be working beside you everyday, I keep the shop updated with the best bathing/drying equipment and provide a clean stress free work environment. I don't accept aggressive dogs and you will never be pressured to work on an aggressive dog, our pups tend to love it here and I strive to keep it that way. We do require 2 years of professional dog grooming experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional pet grooming services to clients' pets, including bathing, brushing, haircuts, and nail trims.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all pets during the grooming process.
  • Handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments with care and compassion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized grooming area.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest grooming techniques and trends in the industry.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in pet grooming or related field is required.
  • Knowledge of different dog breeds and their specific grooming needs.
  • Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments safely and confidently.
  • Strong knowledge of animal care and welfare practices.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality grooming services.
