! Work hard and you can level-up as a lead or into our admin team! What's it like to work for Pampered Pet Resorts? We clean up everything from pet accidents to daily cleaning and sanitizing of bowls, litter pans, buckets, indoor/outdoor spaces, lodging accommodations, and common spaces. Providing excellent care to dogs, cats, and exotics. We work on a team to monitor and supervise groups of dogs while maintaining a safe and clean area. We provide an excellent service experience to all of our guests and superior customer service to pet parents. We follow a daily routine. We supervise group swim sessions in the pool during the summertime. We are actively engaged with all guests on a daily basis. We bathe and blow-dry dogs of all sizes and breeds (ability to do the same for cats is a plus!) We do lots of laundry! We communicate effectively with the team in order to meet the needs of our guests and clients. We complete daily wellness assessments on guests. Our shifts are staggered throughout the day but are typically scheduled between 6:30 am and 8:00 pm for this position. High preference is given to applicants with open and flexible availability. "Must Haves" (aka Job Requirements) Must love dogs & cats and show no fear across all breeds and sizes. Be a team player with excellent communication skills. Must be able to handle a fast-paced position with a smile on your face! Must have an excellent work ethic with a willingness to jump in to help the team where needed. Must be willing to clean, clean, clean. Must have a positive attitude, be consistently reliable, trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented. Ability to be active, outside, and moving around during your shift. Ability to understand animal behavior and communication. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
