Krusty K9 Mobile Pet Spa brings full-service grooming right to our clients' driveways across Lubbock and the South Plains. One dog at a time, in a calm, fully equipped trailer that's all yours for the day.

Crusty to Cute! We're hiring a dog groomer to run our mobile grooming unit. You'll work one-on-one with dogs in a low-stress environment, build a loyal book of clients, and have the independence of managing your own day — without the pressure and turnover of a traditional salon. What you'll do Full-service grooming for all breeds: baths, blow-drying, brush-outs, breed-standard and custom cuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and sanitary trims Keep every dog calm, safe, and comfortable from start to finish Operate and maintain the mobile grooming trailer (water, power, supplies, cleanliness) Drive the truck and trailer to scheduled appointments — we'll train you to tow and back the trailer, so no prior towing experience is needed Manage your daily appointments through our GrooMore booking app Deliver friendly, professional service that keeps clients rebooking What we're looking for Hands-on dog grooming experience — OR strong bathing and brushing experience with a real drive to grow into full grooming Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments Valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record Willing and able to learn to drive a truck with a trailer attached (no CDL required) Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Physically able to stand for long periods and safely lift and handle dogs up to ~60 lbs Great with people, not just pups What we offer Hourly pay to start, with hourly + commission as you build your client base and earn more for every dog on the schedule Truck, trailer, and all grooming equipment provided A steady stream of booked clients A flexible, predictable schedule The freedom of running your own mobile unit
