We are not a high-volume facility. We are a relationship-driven team that values integrity, high standards, results, and passion. We are looking for a team member ( Veterinary Assistant or Vet Tech background is a PLUS) who is high-energy, comfortable talking to customers, and promote services as well love to help our pets. This is not a traditional front desk position. You are the first line of medical awareness and client confidence. Your Impact Review vaccine records with precision Perform wellness observations and communicate concerns clearly Administer Bordetella and DHPP vaccines after training Educate pet parents on preventive care, supplements, and nutrition Support check in/out customers Book appointments Maintain organized, accurate records Communicate with calm confidence during busy or stressful moments You will help ensure every pet that walks through our doors receives thoughtful, observant care.
