Job Description

My Pet's Place Wilderness Oaks located on U.S. highway 281 in the Wilderness Oak area of San Antonio, Texas is looking for a Lodging Tech with growth opportunities at our new boarding/daycare/grooming facility. My Pet's Vet, our veterinary hospital, has made more services available to our clients by providing a place where they feel happy and comfortable bringing their fur babies for playtime and/or overnight stays. Help us deliver an outstanding experience for our furry guests! At My Pet's Place, our goal is to create a happy and positive work Environment. Achieving this by creating flexible work schedules, establishing good workflow, acknowledging achievements using frequent pay evaluations, and rewarding all staff members through bonus programs. Most of all we want to provide the best care possible for our guests and patients, in turn, giving you a sense of pride in your work. Hours of Operation 7:00AM - 8:00PM Responsibilities and Duties
PLAY WITH DOGS
Taking care of our guests, including but not limited to: Cleaning and sanitizing kennels Feeding Bathing when necessary Administering medication Documenting all tasks completed Assist Checking in/out our guests. Assist with Answering phones and booking appointments. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly chores. Assist hospital as needed. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated ability to show empathy toward clients and treat animals with respect and compassion. Reliability Ability to work with Intent and a sense of urgency. Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Education:
High School or Equivalent Standing or walking 90% of scheduled shifts Occasionally required to lift, move, and carry up to 40lbs. Ability to control and walk a dog with a leash Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
