In this role, you'll provide professional grooming services directly at clients' homes or designated locations, ensuring each pet looks and feels their best. Your expertise in animal handling, pet styling, and customer communication will create a positive experience for every furry client. This paid position offers the chance to work flexibly while making a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and their families. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, nail trimming, and ear cleaning tailored to each pet's breed and individual needs Handle animals with care, ensuring safe restraint and comfort during grooming procedures Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand grooming preferences and provide professional advice on pet coat care and maintenance Maintain a clean, organized grooming environment within the mobile setup, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and well-maintained Manage pet safety by recognizing signs of distress or health issues, escalating concerns when necessary Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with grooming results Requirements Proven experience in pet grooming, including pet coat styling and pet nail trimming of at least 2 years Strong animal handling skills with a focus on companion animal care and safety Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to handle larger breeds or equipment Excellent communication skills for engaging with pet owners and understanding their needs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate mobile grooming equipment safely Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to different environments while maintaining high standards of animal care Embark on a rewarding career where your love for animals meets your talent for grooming!
