K9 Clubhouse is currently looking to full time position Monday to Friday 0600

• 1400 for kennel daycare assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Must be comfortable handling dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Provide daily care and attention to dogs in the kennel
• Feed, water, administer meds and exercise dogs according to their individual needs
• Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and daycare area
• Monitor the health and behavior of dogs and report any concerns to management
• Maintain accurate records of animal care and behaviour
• Update dog owners and mangement with pictures and report cards
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with animals in a professional setting, such as a veterinary clinic or animal shelter
• Knowledge of basic animal care and behavior
• Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to animal care We offer competitive pay based on experience.
