Hounds Town Sunnyvale is a fully interactive Doggy Daycare and Boarding facility seeking a dedicated Groomer to join our pack! As a Groomer, you will be responsible for providing grooming services to pups, ensuring they look and feel their best. Your love for animals and expertise in grooming techniques is essential! Be prepared to have a lot of fun, become our family and put your "paw print" in our great community!
Duties:
  • Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, haircuts, and nail trimming for a variety of dogs
  • Knowledge of dog behavior and body language ensuring the safety and well-being of pets during grooming procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area.
  • Monitor pets for any health issues or abnormalities and report them to the appropriate staff.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in pet grooming.
  • Knowledge of various grooming techniques and styles.
  • Strong understanding of animal behavior and handling.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
