Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Kennel Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for animal care and a strong background in handling various breeds of dogs. As Kennel Technicians, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of the animals in our care, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Employees will receive tips from large tip pool along with their hourly pay. We offer in-house training with regular evaluations so that you can grow in your career and earn raises with that growth. We have more than 10 positions and all of which are taught in-house. Each will give you something to work towards as you grow with us. We look forward to meeting anyone that is looking to build a career in this field and is willing to put in the work. Responsibilities Provide daily care for dogs, including feeding, grooming, and exercising. Maintain cleanliness of kennels and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to management or veterinary staff. Handle animal restraint during grooming or veterinary procedures safely and effectively. Perform heavy lifting when necessary, including moving supplies or assisting with larger animals. Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure proper medical care is provided when required. Experience Candidates should possess one or more of the following experiences: Proven skills in dog handling, animal care, and animal restraint techniques. Familiarity with kennel operations or prior kennel experience is beneficial.
