Your Role:

Execute "Prep-Cuts" (bulk removal, setting the body length, and frame-setting). Perform high-quality finishes on "Easy" breeds while training for complex patterns. Master the DHG "Gold Standard" for faces, feet, and sanitary work. Collaborate with the bather and Lead Artisan to keep the factory moving. The Requirements (Deal Breakers):

Experience:

1-3 years of professional grooming experience (Petco, PetSmart, or private salon). You must already know how to handle shears and clippers safely. 7:30

AM Arrival:

You MUST have reliable transportation to be clocked in and setting up at 7:30 AM so your first dog is on the table at 8:00 AM sharp.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for your shift and perform a 2-man carry for all dogs over 50 lbs.

Coachability:

You want to be the best. You appreciate honest, helpful feedback and are hungry to level up.
