• Must arrive by 7:45 AM and be consistently on time

Scruff to Fluff Dog Grooming is a busy, growing salon in Kaysville focused on quality grooms and compassionate care. We work with a wide range of dogs and pride ourselves on creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

What We're Looking For:

We're hiring an experienced dog groomer who is dependable, skilled, and has a positive attitude. This is a fast-paced shop best suited for groomers who can stay on schedule and consistently complete 4-5 quality grooms per day.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of professional dog grooming experience
• Ability to safely handle large and difficult dogs with patience and care
• Strong grooming skills across breeds and coat types
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Good communication with clients and team members
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must have your own grooming tools (table may be provided in the future)

Workload Expectations:

• Groom approximately 4-5 dogs per day depending on size and complexity

Pay Structure:

• Commission starting at 50%, based on performance, and always room for growth
• Initial trial period (first month) at a lower commission rate
• Tips
• Estimated earnings: $50,000+ per year depending on productivity and clientele
• Optional bather available — cost is paid by the groomer and deducted from your check if used

Independent Contractor Details:

• This is a 1099 contractor position
• Groomers are responsible for their own taxes and supplies
