About Us Ballypines Dog Ranch is a family-owned dog boarding and daycare facility dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and enriching environment for our canine guests. We are looking for hardworking, dependable animal lovers who enjoy being active and working outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Responsibilities Supervise and safely manage groups of dogs Clean kennels, play yards, and common areas Feed dogs and administer medications according to instructions Monitor dogs for health, behavior, and safety concerns Provide excellent care and attention to each dog Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and customer interactions Follow facility procedures and safety protocols Work as part of a team to maintain a clean and positive environment Qualifications Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Previous animal care experience is a plus but not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about dogs. This position involves a lot of cleaning, walking, standing, and outdoor work, so applicants should be prepared for a physically active job.
