Works with animals in shelters or rescue organizations. Works primarily with dogs and cats. Assists veterinarians with vaccinations or other procedures; screens people who want to adopt an animal from a shelter and provides information about caring for animals.

What You'll Do Provide full-service grooming for dogs and/or cats, including bath, brush, haircut, de-shed, nail trimming & grinding, ear cleaning, and specialty services. Follow All Fur's grooming standards while showcasing your individual style and skill. Ensure the safety and comfort of pets throughout the entire grooming process. Communicate with clients about desired grooms, coat condition, recommended services, and after-care. Maintain a clean, sanitized grooming station, tools, and work environment. Work collaboratively with the salon team, supporting a positive, drama-free workplace. Uphold All Fur's brand of compassionate handling and breed-standard quality. Requirements 1+ years of professional grooming experience or recent grooming school graduate (portfolio required). Ability to complete full grooms on a variety of breeds. Strong scissoring skills and knowledge of breed trims. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
