Duties Maintain cleanliness of kennels, grooming areas, and recreation areas through thorough cleaning and sanitation practices Record detailed boarder information including, treatments, medication schedules, and procedural notes. Feeding, bathing, grooming, and exercise to promote animal welfare and comfort. Help manage client communication by providing pictures and updates on animal status. Must be able to work independently, as well as, in a team setting completing tasks assigned by a supervisor Experience Previous kennel experience or animal handling background preferred; experience and/or interest in animal rescue . Experience with animals and their behavior is a plus. Hands-on experience with medication administration, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is beneficial. Strong record keeping skills combined with excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
