This position requires the ability to work Saturdays Responsibilities Drive membership sales by educating customers on the value of routine dog care Greet and engage customers with friendly, professional service Promote and schedule first-time visits for new customers Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming Follow all dog safety protocols to ensure a stress-free experience Work as part of a team to meet sales goals and create a positive environment What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Energetic, coachable, and eager to learn Passion for dogs and interest in health and wellness Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Previous experience in sales, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or customer service is a plus Career Path & Growth We're committed to developing our team.
