Job Summary Join our team as a Horse Care Professional and become an essential part of a well-run, high-quality horse farm. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in excellent horse care and enjoys working alongside a supportive, knowledgeable team. Part time - weekend morning role Work closely with horses, contribute to their well-being, and be part of a farm where attention to detail and teamwork truly matter. If you're dependable, hardworking, and genuinely love horses, you'll feel right at home here. What You'll Do Provide daily care including feeding, grooming, watering, and monitoring horse health Maintain a clean, safe, and organized barn (mucking stalls, sweeping, managing supplies) Assist with turnout and bring-in, ensuring horses are handled calmly and safely Select and fit appropriate blankets, sheets, boots, and fly protection to keep horses comfortable in changing conditions Operate farm equipment (e.g., John Deere Gator) to distribute hay and water to pastures Work collaboratively with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Prior horse handling experience (required for the safety of both you and the horses) Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established care routines and feeding programs Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
