An Animal Care Worker or Manager manages animal care and grooming for a retail store that sells pets or for a pet grooming business. May also provide animal care and grooming at a kennel. Works with animals in shelters or rescue organizations. Works primarily with dogs and cats. Assists veterinarians with vaccinations or other procedures; screens people who want to adopt an animal from a shelter and provides information about caring for animals.

compensation:
Beginning wage depends on experience + tips employment type: full-time/ part time Looking for a hard working , self motivated, dog lover to work part/ full time with the possibility of a full time , managerial position for the right person who demonstrates the right qualities.
Applicants must:
Have the ability to work flexible hours and holidays Be willing to work outdoors, in all types of weather Demonstrate the ability to work with groups of dogs as well as with people, while maintaining a positive attitude Be willing to do physically demanding tasks, such as grounds maintenance and yard work Be reliable Have transportation Be prepared to clean dog areas Be self motivated Pay attention to detail Be kind, patient, and love dogs Previous experience preferred Starting wage is $18.50/hour plus tips and bonuses, with lots of room for advancement for the right person At Camp Happy Paws we value, and reward, a great attitude and hard work with tips, bonuses, and benefits!
