This is a temporary part-time position perfect for experienced retail professionals who want to make a difference for pet parents and their furry friends during our busiest time of year. Help us deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and their beloved pets. You'll be the friendly face assisting customers with premium pet products, booking grooming appointments, and keeping our store running smoothly while maintaining our high standards of service. This is a temporary holiday position only (October - December 2026). Potential for future extension exists but is not guaranteed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Create exceptional experiences for pet parents through personalized, knowledgeable service Assist customers in selecting the right premium pet products for their furry friends Answer phones and book grooming appointments Maintain store merchandising, stocking, and pricing standards Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety protocols Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing Support the team with a positive, energetic attitude Cover shifts and callouts as needed to ensure store coverage
