Duties Provide compassionate pet care by feeding, watering, and administering medications as needed Handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques and animal handling skills Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of kennels, cages, and pet care areas to maintain a hygienic environment Support pet boarding services by monitoring pets' behavior, providing enrichment activities, and ensuring their safety during their stay Maintain detailed records of animal behavior, health status, and any incidents or observations for team communication Qualifications Experience in pet sitting, dog training, or kennel work demonstrates strong animal handling skills Knowledge of animal behavior and restraint techniques ensures safe interactions with diverse pets Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during kennel cleaning or equipment setup (team lifting preferred) Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members Experience with pet grooming, animal care routines, and sanitation practices is a plus Outdoor work experience helps in managing active pets during walks or outdoor play sessions This role requires a proactive attitude combined with a genuine love for animals.
