Hours Required :
Tuesdays through Fridays 3pm-6:30pm, these are the core hours for this position
Required :
Some availability over each major holiday is required
Optional:
Additional shifts are available Saturday-Monday if more hours are desired
Pay :
Starts at $18/hour
Responsibilities Cat Care:
Daily feeding, cleaning, medication administrations for cats on site as dictated by their individual charts and needs. Provide attention and interaction to cats on site. Observe and note any health or behavioral concerns of cats in our care.
Additional Cleaning:
Laundry, Dishes, Deep Cleaning Litterboxes, General Area Cleaning, Prepping rooms for upcoming check-ins. There is a lot of cleaning involved in this job.
Customer Service :
Handle customer check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls while remaining courteous and understanding of customers.
Communication :
Maintain ongoing communication with the management of any health or behavioral concerns, facility issues, customer calls, or anything else that may come up.
Opening and Closing Duties :
Following our opening and closing protocols to ensure the security of all cats and staff. Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and carry 35lbs
- Ability to climb up and down ladders, squat, bend, crawl, and reach into spaces to clean and/or retrieve animals that are hiding. This can be a physically taxing job.
- Competency with computer systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work independently after training
- Ability to work safely and comfortably around animals
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 14.0 - 22.0 per week
