Job Description

We are a "dog school" that provides dog training, daycare, and boarding. PetU is a locally owned and operated, women-led small business in the southeastern WI area. We pride ourselves on providing resources, tools, and services that help dogs and their humans be the best team they can be. At PetU, our services are personalized for each and every dog from their play groups, nap times, and extra love and pets for our special needs dogs. Duties:
Staff communicates with other staff, management, and clients about dog behavior and general updates about dogs health and habits. Manage client accounts, scheduling, and taking payments Intake of new clients, answering general inquiries and questions about our services Maintain sanitary needs and cleanliness throughout the facility Employees are required to handle dogs, such as walking dogs to and from owners at pick-up or drop-off times and assisting in feeding, kenneling, taking dogs outdoors
Qualifications:
Verbal and written communication skills. High School Education. Reliable transportation. Computer skills using Pet Exec online platform, emailing, Google Drive/Docs, Microsoft Experience with dogs in a professional setting such as dog daycare, kenneling facilities, vet clinics, grooming, or professional dog-walking is required.
