Job Description

Conveniently located in Waukesha and open since 2022, we are a well-established, privately owned Veterinary Clinic who also provides grooming services, dog day care, and boarding for their clients. With a large and loyal client base, we provide a steady flow of grooming opportunites in a supportive, team-orientated environment focused on high-quality pet care. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, self-motivated, and dedicated to providing excWE ellent grooming services while ensuring the comfort and safety of every pet.
What We Offer:
Established and growing client base Monday-Friday Schedule NO weekends OR evenings Flexible schedling Schedule based appointments (No walk-ins) Commission-based pay structure Basic supplies (e.g. shampoo) provided
Responsibilities:
Perform full-service grooming including bathing, brushing, clipping, styling, and nail trim & files Maintain a clean & organized grooming area Communicate effectively with clients regarding grooming needs and preferences Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all pets in your care Scheduling grooms and completing reminder calls for next business day Monitor and maintain grooming phone calls, voicemails, and emails
Qualifications:
Previous professional grooming experience required Ability to handle all sizes and temperaments of pets Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Must supply and maintain your own grooming tools Why Join Us?
