The Pawms Pet Resort is Alabama's largest premium pet resort company, with 8 locations. The Pawms provides dog daycare, boarding, grooming, & bathing services. Supervise outdoor play yards Preferably have prior dog daycare experience at a pet resort or animal clinic. Maintain control and watch a large group of off leash dogs. No phone policy in the yard, only a walkie Address behavioral issues immediately without the use of force or physical interaction Must have prior experience with dog behavior to determine if dogs are suitable for daycare or not, and to place daycare dogs in groups Cleaning Duties Keep play yards clean of messes at all times, and clean our dog lodges and the resort. Cleaning is a big part of the job! Daily and weekly cleaning assignments to maintain a clean, safe environment Follow proper cleaning procedures and use of chemicals to ensure a safe environment for both people and dogs Health and Grooming Ability to bathe any size dog without direct supervision Ability to clip, or use a Dremel, to trim dog toenails with the assistance of another team member Ability to understand and follow the feeding, medication and allergy lists, without exception, and to ensure that all health standards are met Teamwork and Initiatives Ability to work with all team members in a respectful and professional manner Effectively communicates in both an oral and written fashion. Communicates relevant information daily via the activity log
