You'll be the go-to person for staff support, scheduling, training, and problem-solving—while also stepping into the action when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Training:
Recruit, train, and mentor team members for both Rufferee (dog play) and Member Concierge (client care) roles.

Ensure smooth opening/closing, schedule coverage, and maintain high safety and cleanliness standards.

Greet clients, resolve concerns quickly, and ensure a warm, welcoming environment.
Dog Safety & Enrichment:
Oversee group play sessions, ensure staff are following safe play protocols, and support enrichment activities.
Scheduling & Admin:
Manage shift schedules, track time-off requests, and coordinate between both companies' needs.
Problem Solving:
Handle unexpected situations with calm, quick decision-making (yes, that includes the occasional mop emergency).
Growth & Improvements:
Work with ownership to implement new ideas, grow services, and maintain our reputation for top-notch care. We're Looking for
Someone Who:
Has management or leadership experience in pet care, hospitality, or related industries. Is dog-savvy—able to read body language, manage group play, and support training needs. Is organized, detail-oriented, and tech-friendly. Thrives in a fast-paced, active environment (you'll be on your feet most of the day). Has excellent communication skills with both staff and clients. Can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Is passionate about creating a safe, happy space for both pets and people.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
Work in a fun, positive, dog-filled environment every day. Leadership opportunity in a growing company—your ideas will help shape our future. Supportive team, training provided, and room to grow into higher-level leadership. Competitive pay with growth potential based on performance. Assistant Manager We are also hiring for an Assistant Manager to work alongside our Manager as part of our management team. The Manager and Assistant Manager will work together to determine the best split of responsibilities based on their individual strengths, experience, and the needs of the business. We strive to have at least one member of our management team on-site during every shift to provide leadership, support the team, address customer needs, oversee daily operations, and ensure our standards are being maintained.
Pay:
$17-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
