Pay:
$17.75 per hour Job description: Pupper Club in Downtown San Diego is seeking a motivated, punctual and dependable Kennel Attendant to join our knowledgeable, hard working and very caring team. The successful candidate will share our commitment to providing the highest quality care to our daycare and spa guests. The Pupper Club is a 3000 SF, full service facility, just across from Petco Park's Tailgate Lot! Please note, should you accept this position, the job is either opening and/or closing shifts, as well as availability for overnight shifts and requires a high level of personal responsibility. Therefore, last minute, day of or day before call outs will not work for this position. Highly motivated, extremely responsible and goal oriented candidates who seek a career in the pet care or retail industry, understand quality, personal and detailed customer care are ideal to apply for this position. Kennel Experience preferred. This is a physical job and candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand on their feet for long periods of time. Schedule flexibility is required; must be able to work weekends, evening shifts and holidays. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Scheduling appointments and checking dogs in and out of the facility Monitoring the pups and ensuring safe play Maintaining a sanitary environment for clients, dogs, and staff Walking dogs and check-in visits within the Park 12 and East Village residential community.
