White Dog Farm/ Farraway Stud in Boulder, CO is looking for a motivated, experienced horse person to join our team as an Assistant Trainer . We are a busy, established operation specializing in horse breeding, training, boarding, and sales , and we are looking for someone who wants to be involved in all aspects of the horse business.

Applicants must have:

Strong riding ability — discipline is not specific. We welcome riders from Western, Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, Eventing, or other backgrounds. Experience with colt starting and young horses And experienced horse person Someone who is a self-starter and can work independently A team player who enjoys working in a busy barn environment Interest in continuing to learn and develop as a horse professional Breeding & Young Horse Experience Is a bonus but not required. A strong interest in breeding is a big plus.

Our program includes:

Stallion collection Broodmare care Foaling and foal care Young horse development Breeding management And all other aspects of a busy breeding operation We are happy to teach the breeding side of things to someone who has the right horsemanship, work ethic, and desire to learn.
