Our state-of-the-art, air-conditioned indoor facility provides a welcoming environment for both dogs and their owners to learn and grow together. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dog Training Facility Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional training experiences. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring the safety and well-being of all animals, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care, strong leadership skills, and experience in dog training or veterinary-related fields. Duties Supervise daily facility operations, including scheduling and staff management Oversee dog training sessions, ensuring techniques align with positive reinforcement principles. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training areas and kennels Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally Experience Proven experience in dog training Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Join us to make a positive impact on dogs' lives while leading a passionate team dedicated to excellence in pet care and training!
