Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and Dog Pack Leader to join our team. In this role, you will oversee multiple dog, along with ensuring that our facility runs smoothly while providing exceptional care for dogs and occasional customer service will happen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dogs welfare and the ability to lead a pack of dogs safely Responsibilities Provide training and support to team members in areas such as dog training, animal care, and customer service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the facility. Handle and resolve any issues that arise during the shift. Ensure proper animal restraint and handling techniques are followed by all employees. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, letting management know of the needs Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among employees Skills Strong background in dog handling, or pack experience, or pet grooming is a plus. Experience as a veterinary assistant or in animal care is highly beneficial. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Proficient in dog handling techniques and knowledgeable about animal behavior. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently. Strong leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and guide a team. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care for all animals.
