Overview Are you passionate about animals and enjoy spending time outdoors? We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dog Walker/Pet Sitter to join our team in the Wellington or Royal Palm Beach, FL area. This paid position offers the opportunity to care for a variety of pets, ensuring they receive the exercise, attention, and love they deserve. If you have a genuine affinity for animals, excellent communication skills, and experience with pet handling, this is your chance to make a positive impact on pets' lives while enjoying a flexible, rewarding role. Responsibilities Provide reliable dog walking services, ensuring pets receive appropriate exercise tailored to their needs. Offer compassionate pet sitting, including feeding, administering medication if needed, and overnight in-home care. Handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques and animal handling skills. Monitor pet behavior and provide basic training or guidance to promote good habits. Maintain clear communication with pet owners regarding their pets' activities, health, and any concerns. Ensure the safety and well-being of animals during outdoor walks and in-home visits. Assist with pet care routines such as feeding, cleaning, and providing companionship to animals of various breeds and sizes.
Requirements:
Must be available to work on Day and evening shifts. Must be available to work on on some weekday. It will vary every week and weekends as we work on our clients needs. Must be available to walk dogs in the summer/winter months and walk large dog, small dogs and work with cats and some reptiles.

WELLINGTON or
ROYAL PALM BEACH
we will not look at resumes if you do not live in this area. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have a reliable vehicle and be over 18 Years old.

Qualifications Prior experience in dog handling, pet sitting, or animal care is highly preferred. Knowledge of dog training techniques and animal behavior is a plus. Veterinary experience or background as a veterinary technician or assistant is advantageous. Experience with veterinary or equine (horse) care is beneficial but not required. Strong outdoor work experience and comfort working in various weather conditions. Excellent client communication skills to update pet owners accurately and professionally. Ability to handle multiple pets safely while demonstrating patience and compassion. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for flexible scheduling and travel between clients' homes
Job Duties:
Greeting and checking pets for visitation or midday visits and some times do overnights at their home. Dog/cat feeding, clean cat litter box, refresh water bowls, walk dogs on leash, play with dog/cats and love them like they're your own. Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
