You will help create safe, positive social experiences while learning how to read canine behavior, manage group dynamics, prevent problems before they happen, and create an environment where dogs can thrive. Click or copy the link below to see a day in the life at our state-of-the-art resort: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1maMl8XW1ygvhg8UD3b3ctIAefKVO97S1/view?usp=sharing Responsibilities Supervise dogs during group play while maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging environment Learn to recognize canine body language, play styles, stress signals, and changes in behavior Proactively manage group dynamics and intervene appropriately before situations escalate Lead structured activities that encourage movement, play, confidence, and healthy socialization Safely move and handle dogs of different sizes, breeds, personalities, and energy levels Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized daycare spaces throughout the day Communicate important behavioral, medical, or safety observations to leadership Help capture meaningful photos, videos, and updates that allow pet parents to experience their pet's day Support teammates and other departments when needed to create an exceptional overall resort experience Take ownership of your area, your pets, and the quality of the experience we provide Experience Previous dog handling, daycare, kennel, training, or animal-care experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn canine behavior and safe group-management techniques Ability to remain calm, confident, and attentive in a fast-moving environment Strong sense of personal accountability and commitment to safety Team-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully Comfortable being physically active, standing for extended periods, and working indoors and outdoors Desire to learn, receive feedback, and grow into greater levels of responsibility You do not need to come to Bay Paws knowing everything. You do need to come ready to grind, contribute, and challenge yourself. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
