Job Description

Tampa's Greatest Dog Daycare and Resort - Help pets make friends!
BAY PAWS
Tampa, FL Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Full-time $15 - $18 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid training On-the-job training Uniform allowance Employee assistance program Employee discount Professional development assistance Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Food provided Qualifications Companion animal handling Customer communication Attention to detail Organizational skills Leadership Time management Full Job Description Join Bay Paws as an Enrichment Care Associate and help us rethink what a day at a pet resort should actually look like. Together we help scared, anxious and under socialized pets make new friends! At Bay Paws, WE
DO IT DIFFERENTLY.
Pet care should be more than letting a dog outside, checking a box, and moving to the next kennel. Our Enrichment team creates intentional, individualized experiences designed around each pet's personality, energy level, confidence, preferences, and needs. One pet may want to chase a toy at full speed. Another may need confidence-building activities, sensory exploration, training games, quiet one-on-one attention, or simply someone patient enough to meet them where they are. That is what makes this role different. You will learn animal behavior, creative enrichment techniques, safe handling, customer communication, time management, and how to think critically about the experience of every pet in your care. You will also have opportunities to develop leadership skills as Bay Paws continues to grow. We want people who do more than complete a task list. We want thinkers, problem-solvers, future leaders, and people excited about helping us push the pet-care industry forward. We want you to know the animals in front of you, think about what they need, and create an experience that matters. If that sounds more exciting than simply "working with dogs," you may fit very well here. We are building the next version of pet care, and you can be part of building it.
