Who Thrives Here If you're the calm in the chaos and read canine body language like a second language, you'll fit right in. You bring 1+ year of paid, professional pet-care experience (daycare, kennel, shelter, or vet). Willing to work a Full-time (8-hour shifts) or part-time schedule available Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed. You're a team player who communicates clearly and follows safety protocols. You're up for cross-training (daycare + lodging) and love learning new skills. You're reliable, upbeat, and comfortable in a fast-paced, loud, physical environment. What You'll Do (Day-to-Day) Here's what your day will look like: Manage playgroups with a safety-first mindset: monitor body language, energy levels, and group dynamics. Keep suites and play spaces clean and sanitized, because clean equals safe. Feed, water, and move dogs between areas; document any issues and communicate with the team. Cross-train with lodging guests and assist throughout the resort as needed. (Preferred) Support pickup/drop-off driving routes with a valid driver's license and safe record. Competitive Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
