Who Thrives Here If you're the calm in the chaos and read canine body language like a second language, you'll fit right in. You bring 1+ year of paid, professional pet-care experience (daycare, kennel, shelter, or vet). Willing to work a Full-time (8-hour shifts) or part-time schedule available Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed. You're a team player who communicates clearly and follows safety protocols. You're up for cross-training (daycare + lodging) and love learning new skills. You're reliable, upbeat, and comfortable in a fast-paced, loud, physical environment. Who Isn't a Fit We're not the place for people who: Prefer solo work and avoid collaboration. Dislike physical, on-your-feet shifts or cleaning tasks.
