Cross-Training Dog Dayz | Noblesville, IN Do you find yourself saying hi to every dog before the people they're walking with? Dog Dayz is looking for responsible, caring, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Pet Services Specialists . We provide daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services, and we're passionate about creating a safe, fun, and enriching environment for every dog in our care while providing an exceptional experience for their families. This is a cross training position between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) . You'll learn and work in both areas of our facility, gaining experience in customer service, dog care, and daily operations.

This is not a desk job. You'll spend your days interacting with customers, caring for dogs, supervising playgroups, providing enrichment, and helping make sure both our guests and their families have the best experience possible. What You'll Do Front of House — Customer Service Greet customers and their dogs with a friendly, professional attitude Assist with customer check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and questions Answer phones and communicate with pet parents regarding their dog's care Maintain accurate customer and pet information Assist customers with Dog Dayz services, events, and other offerings Provide a positive and welcoming experience for every customer Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk Back of House — Dog Care Supervise and engage with dogs during daycare and enrichment activities, including our themed Tuesday events Ensure safe, positive interactions between dogs Provide cuddles, enrichment, and one on one attention to pups throughout the day Monitor the health and behavior of dogs and report any concerns to management Assist with feeding, watering, and administering medications as directed Maintain accurate records of dog activities, meals, medications, and incidents Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive atmosphere for both pets and staff Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers Comfortable working with dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and personalities Basic understanding of canine behavior Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stay active and on your feet throughout your shift Comfortable learning and working in both FOH and BOH Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed, up to 50 lbs. Animal care or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
