This position's primary responsibility is to assist the sales team by performing a variety of duties as they relate to the upkeep of vehicles. The hours of this position are as follows: Monday - Friday 9:00AM-5:00

Lot Porter Responsibilities:
Arrange vehicles on the lot for display and accessibility. Move cars in/out of the showroom or display areas. Park, retrieve, and reposition vehicles as needed for test drives, sales, or photography. Assist the service department with repositioning vehicles to shops and vendor locations Inventory Control Check in / intake new vehicle arrivals Install dealer plates, stickers, or inventory tags. Assist with keeping inventory properly staged and rotated. Vehicle Cleanliness & Presentation Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed for delivery or display. Ensure all vehicles on the front line are clean and photo-ready. Remove snow, dust, or debris from inventory. Customer Support Retrieve vehicles for test drives or customer delivery. Assist with loading/unloading vehicles or personal items. Provide general lot or dealership directions when asked. Maintenance & Supplies Check fuel levels and top off as needed. Ensure vehicles have floor mats, window stickers, and keys ready. Report any issues (dead battery, flat tire, damage) to management or service. Team Support Assist Sales, Service, and Detail teams with vehicle movements. (Primarily Sales) Support photography or marketing efforts with vehicle prep. Occasionally assist in light errands (e.g., gas station, vendor pickups).
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license with an outstanding record Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to operate manual transmission is highly preferred Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
