On-line application HS Diploma or college transcript CPR Certification State/Federal/CAN Crime Check (Obtain at Board of Education) Physical/tb skin test Other KHSAA Requirements (medical symposium, rules clinic, KMS sports safety course) Signed Handbook Page If you are an employee of the Board of Education you will need to meet the following requirments:
