Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Team Member to join our crew at our busy daycare, boarding and training facility. In this role you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to the dogs in our facility. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with a passion for animal care and customer service.PLEASE NOTE
This is not a seasonal/Summer job. We are looking for a year round commitment. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to year round. We are looking for 20-25 hours a week MINIMUM. Full time is available as well.Duties:
- Supervise and monitor dogs in the daycare facility with active engagement and company led positive training objectives & activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in your care
- Assist with feeding, handling, and administering medications as needed
- Engage in playtime activities with the dogs, including positive training and interactive play sessions
- Clean and maintain the daycare facility, including sanitizing kennels and common areas
- Collaborate with the daycare team to ensure a positive and enriching environment for all dogs
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with animals, such as kennel work, veterinary assistant, or pet grooming preferred.
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes, levels of human comfort and play styles
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long periods of standing or walking
- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Please note that all positions at our daycare facility are paid positions.
Job Types:

$16.00- $20.
