Full time - Reception Team Lead Turn your love of dogs into a lifelong career! At Paw by Paw Dog Training, we are committed to cultivating a happy, healthy, and respectful relationship between pups and their parents. We are seeking experienced reservation specialists and those looking to gain more hands-on experience to join our dynamic and fast-growing team! As a Receptionist, you will work with pet owners and around dogs of all ages and breeds. You will answer the phone and help our clients with scheduling. We are willing to train the right candidate who displays reliability, confidence, flexibility, patience, and the ability to work within a team. Responsibilities will include:
Ability to answer the phone and address client questions, comments or concerns Directing client calls to the correct department Promoting and selling services while understanding owner's individual needs Creating a welcoming and safe environment for owners Ability to communicate clearly over phone and email Following up with clients Processing sales Cleaning self serve dog wash Stocking small retail boutique
Key Accountabilities:
  • Must be comfortable and confident being around dogs of all ages and breeds
  • Display the ability to respond quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be hard-working, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Possess the ability to focus on successes, while maintaining a fun, safe and secure environment.
  • Expert customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Dependability/Reliability Qualifications:
At least 1-year of prior customer service experience Work availability Monday through Thursday and Saturdays 2-3 days a week 18 years or older Openness to learn Love of animals Team oriented
Training Schedule:
Weekdays Monday-Thursday from either 9am to 6pm Weekends Saturday from 9am to 4pm
Pay:
Up to $20.00 per hour
Pay:
From $18.50 per hour
