Job Description
Deliver in-person private lessons and support our Day School and Board & Train programs Design and execute individualized training plans for obedience, manners, and behavior goals Read and respond to each dog as an individual, choosing the least intrusive, most effective approach and tools Safely handle, exercise, and care for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including reactive or strong dogs Coach owners through go-home sessions and follow-ups, communicating clearly and professionally Conduct or assist with evaluations and CGC testing as assigned Maintain accurate records and write clear, useful report cards Uphold facility cleanliness, safety, and daily structure Support and help strengthen K9netic Pack standards and protocols as we grow Perform other duties as assigned in support of dogs, clients, and the team
