Groomer - Job Overview We're looking for experienced, professional Groomers who take pride in delivering high‑quality grooming services and creating a positive experience for pets and their owners. If you're skilled, reliable, and committed to safety and service, we'd like to speak with you. Responsibilities Provide grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling according to owner instructions and breed standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and calm environment for all pets in your care. Build long‑term relationships with pet owners by understanding their needs and offering appropriate product or service recommendations. Complete required safety training and follow all grooming and sanitation protocols. Assist store team members during grooming downtime. Continue developing grooming skills and techniques as you grow your career. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of grooming experience with formal training or experience under a certified groomer. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be 18 or older and pass applicable drug screening.
