We are a hard-working team and go above and beyond to make sure every dog that comes and visits us has an amazing time. There is very little workplace drama. We hire for attitude and teach the rest. Previous dog experience is certainly helpful, but not required. Our starting wage is $12.50 an hour (unless you have prior experience); once you finish our training we bump your wage up, we also split tips evenly among all staff according to hours worked during the period. We are not a time-based wage increase business, we base our raises on merit. Excel at your job, get a raise, no need to wait a year. We work 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are always busy on weekends and holidays. We have 2,700 dogs registered with us, we think of it as one big extended family. Everything we do is about the dogs. If it's not good enough for our dogs, it's not good enough for our client's dogs.

What do we need from you? Strong attendance and dependability, we're not a job where you can choose not to show up. We care for live animals and people place their trust in us. We have to be here. Strong attention to detail. We clean a lot, and we do mean a lot. We pick up a lot of poop, pee, and sometimes vomit. We are on our feet most of the day. Willingness to go where the dogs go, at times we are outside in all types of weather. Shifts start usually either at 6 AM or 12:30 PM give or take depending on the number of dogs and what's going on. We need people with flexible schedules who can work weekends and holidays.

Right now our biggest needs are our Daycare shifts which are Tuesday-Thursday from 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM. With the possibility of weekend hours when needed. When we get into the Holidays and school breaks we are aways busy, so more hours would be available then as well.
