Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, professional, and coach-able Stretch & Mobility Practitioner to deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretching, mobility sessions, and movement restoration work. This role plays an essential part in our athletes' development - helping them move better, recover faster, and reduce stiffness, tightness, and injury risk. You will work with a wide range of clients, from youth athletes to elite hockey players, as well as general population adults and executive clients. Key Responsibilities Deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretching sessions (15, 25, and 50 minutes) Perform mobility-focused sessions tailored to client needs Conduct movement/restoration flows for athletes of all ages Apply non-clinical tissue work techniques when appropriate Teach clients proper breathing and activation strategies Document session notes, focus areas, and progress Programming & Protocol Follow the Empowers Stretch & Mobility Protocol Tailor sessions based on movement screens and client feedback Coordinate with performance coaches to support training goals Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and client experience Client Communication Explain the purpose of stretches and mobility flows Educate clients on recovery and movement habits Provide take-home mobility recommendations when needed Support client retention and program completion Operational Duties Assist with scheduling and managing appointments Professional communication with parents, athletes, and clients Setup and breakdown of stretch stations Support marketing initiatives when necessary Qualifications StretchLab, Stretch Zone, Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching, or similar training
FRC / FRA / FR
certification Yoga or mobility specialist Massage therapy (non-clinical role) Physical therapy aide Personal training with mobility focus Sports performance or movement coaching Other Requirements Strong understanding of anatomy and movement Confident working hands-on with clients (within scope) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to follow a structured protocol Professionalism and reliability Willingness to learn the Empowers system and brand standards
