What the Work Includes Every team member plays an essential, hands-on role: Maintaining a clean, organized facility Feeding and administering medications Supervising and engaging with dogs in structured playgroups Observing behavior and ensuring safe interactions Building relationships with our dogs and recognizing their individual needs Communicating with clients during check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling To Know the Dog also means knowing our clients.
