Our kennel techs play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of every dog in our care. This position is ideal for someone who loves working hands-on with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment. Responsibilities Care for and handle a variety of dogs daily, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Clean and sanitize kennels, play areas, and feeding stations to maintain a spotless facility. Feed, water, and monitor dogs according to individualized care instructions. Assist trainers with exercise, socialization, and enrichment activities. Observe and report any behavioral or health changes to management or trainers promptly. Maintain accurate records of feeding, cleaning, and dog activity. Support daily facility upkeep including laundry, waste management, and restocking supplies. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and their pets. Requirements Passion for working with animals and a commitment to their care and safety. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels safely and confidently. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, cleaning, and bending. Previous experience in kennels, veterinary offices, or dog training facilities preferred but not required. Flexible schedule availability, including some weekends and holidays. 2 hour shifts. AM & PM Availability.
