You'll be the friendly face that greets clients and their furry companions, all while assisting with various kennel operations. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care to dogs and other pets, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Greet clients warmly, answering inquiries and scheduling appointments with enthusiasm. Assist with daily kennel operations including feeding, walking, and cleaning animal living spaces. Handle animal restraint and care during visits or grooming sessions. Maintain accurate records of pet care, health status, and client communications. Perform heavy lifting as required to manage supplies and equipment safely. Experience Previous experience in animal handling or kennel environments is essential. Skills in pet grooming or pet sitting will give you an edge in this role. Strong customer service skills are crucial to ensure a positive experience for our clients. Ability to perform animal restraint techniques safely and effectively is important.
