Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Canine Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal care and handling, with a particular focus on dogs. This role involves working closely with canines to ensure their well-being, safety, and happiness. Duties Provide daily care for dogs, including feeding and possible grooming (baths). Monitor the health and behavior of the animals, reporting any concerns to our manager or assistant manager. Maintain cleanliness in our daycare/boarding rooms. Engage with dogs through play and pets! Ensure all safety protocols are followed while handling animals. Skills Knowledge of animal care techniques. Experience in pet sitting or dog handling is highly desirable. Ability to perform animal restraint safely and effectively. Proficiency in pet grooming techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact with pet owners and team members. A compassionate approach towards animals, demonstrating patience and understanding.
