Puppies raised in our program go on to become therapy dogs, psychiatric service dogs, facility dogs, and beloved family companions. Every day, our team plays a direct role in building confidence, resilience, and strong foundations during the most important weeks of a puppy's life. Our canines are held to the highest standards and experience socialization and enrichment daily. Why You'll Love Working Here Make a real difference in the lives of people and dogs Work in a positive, supportive, team-focused environment Learn about canine behavior, puppy development, and enrichment Spend your day surrounded by happy puppies and dogs Be part of a purpose-driven program committed to animal welfare and responsible breeding What You'll Do Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities may include: Caring for puppies and adult dogs through feeding, cleaning, exercise, and enrichment Creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our dogs Participating in puppy socialization and confidence-building activities Helping puppies experience new sights, sounds, surfaces, and learning opportunities Cleaning and disinfecting whelping areas and living spaces of our dogs Providing and implementing enrichment activities for our dogs. General cleaning such as laundry, dishes, and mopping Follow daily instructions along with printed out SOP's and policies. Monitoring health, behavior, and developmental milestones Supporting daily operations and maintaining high standards of care Working alongside a team that shares a passion for dogs and lifelong learning

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work Compassionate and patient with both animals and people Comfortable with physical work including standing, bending, lifting,climbing stairs, and cleaning A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team Experienced with dogs through professional or personal experience (kennels, rescues, shelters, veterinary clinics, grooming, training, fostering, daycare, or similar settings are all valuable) Excels in fast paste work environment Strong attention to detail Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must have reliable transportation Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical job duties throughout the shift Flexible part time schedule Includes weekends
